Strawberry/Banana Margarita
1 c. strawberries, hulled & sliced
1 ripe banana, peeled & sliced
4 1/2 oz. tequila
1 1/2 oz. triple sec
2 T. fresh lime or lemon juice
1 c. crushed ice

Place strawberries and banana slices on a plate and freeze at least 1 hour. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth but still very thick. Pour into chilled margarita or other stemware glasses. Makes three 6 oz. servings.

Absolut APeach Cosmopolitan
1 1/2 parts Absolut Apeach
1 part Triple Sec
1/2 part Fresh Lime Juice
Splash of Cranberry Juice

Pour Absolut Apeach, triple sec, lime juice and cranberry juice over ice into a cocktail shaker. Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Sangria
1 750ml bottle of red wine (Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chianti, Rioja or your choice)
1 lemon, orange, lime (cut into wedges)
2 T. sugar
Splash of orange juice
2 shots of gin or vodka
1 c. sliced strawberries or raspberries
1 small can of diced pineapples (with juice)
4 c. ginger ale
1 sliced orange, lemon, lime

Take a large pitcher and pour the wine into it. Squeeze the fruit wedges into the wine, then discard. Add sugar, orange juice and gin or vodka. Chill well. Add ginger ale, ice and sliced fruits just before serving. It gets better as it sits and the flavors meld together.

Champagne Royale

1/2 oz. Chambord
3 1/2 oz. chilled champagne
Pour Chambord into flute glass then add chilled champagne.

Candy Cane Martini

2 1/2 parts vodka
1/2 part Peppermint Schnapps
1/2 part Creme do Cacao
Small candy cane

Pour into a shaker with shaved ice. Shake well and strain into a martini glass. Hook candy cane over the rim of the glass to garnish.

French Kiss Martini
1 1/2 oz. Absolut Vanilla Vodka
1/2 oz. Chambord Liqueur
Splash of pineapple juice

Vanilla Dream
1 oz. Smirnoff Vanilla Twist
1 oz. White Chocolate Liqueur

Dreamsicle
1 oz. Smirnoff Vanilla Twist
1/2 oz. Cointreau
fill with orange juice.

Metropolitan
1 1/2 oz. Smirnoff Cranberry Twist
1 oz. Chambord
splash lime juice
splash cranberry juice

Hpnotiq Blue Martini
2 oz. HPNOTIQ
1 oz Super Premium vodka
splash of lemon
Shake over ice. pour into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
